ITCC has sponsored and taken part in the 18th UIC Regional Assembly for Middle East Meeting (RAME) that was held on November 20th, 2016 in Amman, Jordan.

The meeting was attended by key figures in the National and International Rail Industries including UIC Director General, his Excellency Minister of Transport, Jordan, President of the Board and Director General of Turkish State Railways (TCDD), and Railway President of Jordan.

Number of matters have been discussed such as: approval of the minutes of 17th RAME in Turkey, Istanbul, country reports of the M.E. railways’ Presidents, report on the activities of UIC RAME Regional Office in Tehran, new activities for 2017, new membership to RAME, financial issues, and RAME budget.
